This will start quite a battle. Let's assume 30% of the population gets banned from jobs because they can't pass a cotinine test and and another 12% are considered obese and will not be hired. 42% of the population is now unemployed until they change their "behavior". Lower that BMI to 30 and you add another 19%. Welfare is certainly going to expand quickly.

Where does it end? We all said this was a possibility. Really scary, and sad that people actually think this is just! Eventually, over regulation/workplace discrimination etc... will affect everyone. When it does, i'm sorry to say, it will be too late!

I was bothered for years how the avg person found delight in ridiculing others. From smokers to beached whales to toothless hicks to you can't fix stupid. I think I see whose on deck...

this kind of stuff has been happening for years and I might be guilty of it too, unspoken truths. I would not hire a person with spiked hair, covered with tatoos and a nose ring to work at a reception desk even if they are highly qualified.
