If they are M401 carts the filler may be way at the bottom and you aren't seeing it. The cartridge needs to be pushed up with a paper clip on those. If its something else I think you got defects or something.

I just looked at the cart again and realized the filler was stuck in the cap. Embarrassing...lol I thought I was going to be forced into vaping 201 and start cutting up tea bags or paper towels. Whew, I am back to vaping 101.

I want to be in the advanced placement program. Why is it considered an advanced technique? Is it because the material runs the risk of lighting on fire from the heat of the atomizer if not used properly?
