Need some advice, saw my ems tracking shows "Handed over to Customs" , its normal procedure or its confiscated?
That's normal customs procedure. All incoming parcels required to go through customs inspection clearance.
If you are lucky, it just chop as "dilepaskan" and will deliver to you. If not, they suspect your contains are illegal / taxable, they will issue a letter to you, ask you to go there for clerifications. They won't just confiscate your parcel just like that.

U know Trinitrophenol is from Singapore..he is a different category for importing e-cig as Singapore is strict and regard e-cig as analog,i think..regards mafig
sorry.. i never buy from oversea... if that is true then it is a good news then.. since kuching airport is not far from my home...
Even in Kuching airport, there's been case of e-liquid being confiscated. There's a seller based in Sarawak told me once that he had a shipment confiscated. However, I'm guessing that his was a big shipment. The bigger the shipment, the higher the chance.

i don't understand this, if the item is taxable , why is it being confiscated ? unless he refused to pay tax ... is it ?
