Don't know if this is really the right place to post this but I need extra strength today.
I have been vaping for a little over a month and I do LOVE it. For the most part I have not missed analogs at all but for some reason today I am seriously craving one. Ugh, ..., after thousands of times trying to quit, I was so happy to have found vaping and now the stupid cravings come on.
Help! Help!:mad:

We all have those feelings, especially in the first few months! I lost any taste in my juices for a couple weeks about two months in, and I got really frustrated. That said, even if your cravings overcome you, you are still making great progress. I can't speak for others but I've had a few cigarettes over the last 19 months and never felt very guilty about it. Just hang in there and keep on vaping or get really busy until the feeling passes. No matter what, you are on the right track!!!

+1 to what 440BB said. The first couple of months of vaping, I would still have a couple stinkies in the morning. Then one day, I just stopped with the stinkies. Since then (about a year ago), I have had maybe 3 stinkies. Of course it is best if you don't succumb to the stinkie, but if you do, DON'T put the guilt on yourself!

I can understand where your coming from, its not an easy task. Just sit down somewhere different from a normal spot if you can have a nice vape with your favorite juice and think of something positive. Maybe even your favorite food and treat yourself to it. Hopefully you can move past this and make it another day on your journey. If you find the cravings too strong like others have said don't be ashamed, think of all the ones you've avoided not this one weak moment.

I have a 24mg E-Liquid laying around for that exact reason. We all know.. every single person who has been addicted by the dreaded analog. I really do know how you feel.. i have those days that i just want one really bad. yes i have only stopped for a short time compared to most, but when i have one of those bad times, i break out the 24mg and go with that. However I am sending as much energy your way that i can.

What I do is vape a higher mg like others suggested. Exhale through you nose so you absorb more nicotine, vape, vape, and vape some more usually this will work. If it don't no big deal you will have these less and less and eventually only vape because it is soooooo much better and enjoyable than smoking. After 37 years of smoking I NEVER thought I would say something like that.

I'm pretty new to vaping too so I don't have a wealth of information to share to try and help you through a tough day. What I was going to say has already been said much better than I would have worded it so I won't repeat the great advice of others. I will say though that reaching out for emotional support whether it be family and friends or from supporters online is very wise so give yourself a pat on the back for taking that initiatve. It sounds like you're doing great and I'm sure you'll suceed, just don't beat yourself up over any minor setbacks you may have. You can do it!!!!

What you are feeling is totally normal. The good thing is that it will pass if you just hang in there with your vaping. What nic level are you vaping ? It often helps to have a higher level for those craving moments.

Glad you came here to vent and ask for extra strength. Hope you'll let us know how you are doing later in the day :) (((((hug)))))

+1 to every comment in here. I'm not even at a month yet and reset my counter to make myself feel guilty when I caved in and had 1 analog on a drunken night. I probably didn't even smoke half that thing as it tasted like I was licking an ashtray and continued to chew it for the next 30 mins. If you must have one, I say go for it, after you taste it that craving might never hit again once you realize how disgusting it taste (happened to me).
