I am going to be working on a mod and using the DNA20 when it comes available and figured I would ask this question.
I am getting the materials for the tube coming in the mail soon and I do not want to give away many details as of yet.
What is a good way to get end caps into a mod like acrylic/fiberglass style material? What would make for some good end caps? That is the only problem I am seeing in my situation.
If it comes down to it, I have a metal working at my disposal to fabricate some end caps but I have not asked him this yet. I know he can do pipe/tube fabrication since he does a lot of work on making custom bikes. He has the tools for the job.
I want to have nice end caps, something you would see like on a Provari or Legacy. I have seen how madvapes does thier end cap on the AcryliMax and I am not sure if it seems cheap or if that is the best way to do it.
Would a press fit work or would it have to screw into the material?

Faucet aerators seem to work. You may have to cut portions of them off, but the threads are about the right size to fit an 18650 through them.
