I'm with Danny on this one. I always use a 1ml syringe for flavoring in test batches. Only problem is small batch where one or more flavors that are in very low percentages. I either bump the batch size up or resort to drops at .030ml/drop and hope for the best.
I keep looking for some 0.3ml syringes. However, the needle gauge is so low I don't think you could 'pull' the liquid through.
For measurements that tiny, I use 1/2 cc insulin syringes and remove the needle tip (not just the needle, but the whole needle housing). I use pliers and just twist the tip off the syringe. Once removed, you have a basic syringe tip that will pull any of the liquids through it. Granted, the tip is smaller diameter than a standard syringe so blunt tip needles can't be used, but I don't tend to use needles for my flavoring. The 1/2 cc is marked in .01 increments...so you can get that .03 ml measure you're lookin for
