Sounds like you've got a good start. I like 5 and 10 ml bottles for test batches. I would order double the amount you think you need ( I just made this mistake, very surprising how fast 15 bottles went. Glass bottles are nice for storing nic, I would suggest cutting it down and putting it in a glass bottle. I prefer syringes for measuring. Make sure you have a 1 ml one for flavouring. Everything else looks good.

I second the small bottles and syringes. I would have a few 1ml and 3ml syringes for flavorings. Make sure they are graduated to .1 or .2 mls. This will make test batches much easier. Also have a notebook and pencils around and write EVERYTHING down that you do, so when you hit the perfect recipe, you can do it again!!! :) Search for e juice calculator and pick one you like and have it open on your phone or computer while you work - put plastic wrap or something similar over your computer keys so you can work it with your gloved hands - have fun! :)

Notebook or index cards for recipes. Labels. I agree that syringes are much better for measuring/mixing than cylinders and pipettes. Also agree about funnels.

Flavor additives are a must, I'm finding out the hard way. Sweetener, tart and sour, vape wizard, bitter wizard, EM and menthol if you use it. Flavors (to me) are just tasting "flat" without some help.

I use a dedicated nonporous tray to catch any spills and have a roll of paper towels handy. Gloves and eye protection are advisable and I mix near my sink for safety. If you have kids/pets keep them out of the room and make sure you clean thoroughly, cats can absorb easily through their paws and kids will eat anything that doesn't eat them first! :danger:

Nix the funnels, flasks or cylinders, now take that money and buy 3ml or 6ml ldpe or PET bottles for testing recipes and get some Luer-Lok sringes with blunt tip 14 or 16 guage needles in different lengths (to get that last bit out of a bottle). Keep in mind that pipettes are designed for a single use, you're not able to clean them thoroughly! Add all your recipe ingredients straight into the test bottle and shake.
For testing flavors I use erasable labels from Wally World ($2-3 for 60 labels) with a fine point Sharpie. Alcohol and a Q-tip will erase them so you don't have to keep peeling off old labels (pita) plus you can put them in hot water when steeping without the writting/label coming off.

All of this is JMHO of course.

100mg nic? I would consider cutting that in half for your own safety. If I remember correctly, 100mg nic is on the fence of being dangerously high. 100% personal preference. I'm sure some do work with it, I personally wouldn't be comfortable. You can also find some awesome gallon VG & PG deals out there. This is of course if you fall in love with DIY and see yourself continuing may want to book-mark this link for a future reference:

I personally picked up a gallon of PG from new egg : Newegg.com - Propylene Glycol (Gallon)

Always be sure if and when you guy a gallon be it PG or VG it's USP grade.

I definetly agree re the addition of small bottles. I get the 4ml small glass ones because they are easy to sterilize and reuse (I do alot of experiments with flavorings, additives etc) and have found the small bottles one of the Must HAVES in DIY. You dont want to do a recipe unil you trial it first (without nicotine) or youll end up waisting alot of nic, flavorings, etc, and gain alot of frustration =(. Good Luck!! It is so much fun!!!!
