Well summer is slowly winding down (kiddos headed back to school soon.) What a crazy summer its been! So what were your favorite memories from this summer? Where did you travel? What did you see? Bonus points for pictures!

Hey. We JUST got summer here last week - so no memories yet!! Just rain...tears in rain you could say!!
I do look forward to living vicariously through other people's vacation pictures though.

Still summer to me and hope it lasts a bit longer. Went away fishing for Memorial and 4th of July. Will try to get pics up.
Me Too techno!!! I have worked...and then oh yea I worked, and then I sweated! and then sweated some more... Oh I did do several rain dances...alas to no avail.. 
Summer came early here, and has been brutal! Broken every record on the books pretty much! 110 today, nothing much better on the horizon! Ok I am done whinin now!!!

Oh its not over yet! I still have trips planned through the end of September.

Ok Lets see. Left Texas in May then
10 days @ Yosemite National Park
2 weeks @ Lake Berryessa in Cali
10 days @ Lake of the Springs in Cali
2 weeks @ Newport Beach in Oregon
2 weeks @ Whidbey Island Washington
Right now we're in Silver Creek Washington for 2 weeks
Leaving here in a week and then:
2 weeks @ Pacific City in Oregon
1 week @ Florence Beach in Oregon
1 week @ Lake Minden in Cali
1 week in TUCSON visiting my favorite lounge---YIPPEE
2 weeks @ Showlow in Arizona
Then after that we'll make our way back to Texas in October. Hmmmm hopefully the 100+ temps will be long gone by then.

Sure techno, you can come along. I thought about inviting TT but I don't have a secure enough lock for my tackle box stash & I've been warned to keep my juice under lock and key when he's around.
We'll be spending the winter in South Texas & Louisiana. Then next year we're heading to the East coast. We don't have much of an itinerary made out yet except that we are going to Gettysburg over the 4th of July....

I guess its time to post my summer escapades.
Started off with a dive trip to Roatan
2 weeks in the florida keys diving
Flipside (Austin festival based off the burning man festival)
Coachella
6 shows with Widespread Panic
Apogaea (Colorado festival based off the burning man festival)
Summercamp Music Festival
2 weeks in Polson, MT
Electric Forest Music Festival - Rothbury, MI
All Good Music Festival - Masontown, WV
Bonnaroo - Manchester, TN
Solar Music Festival - Tao, NM
One epic weekend camping up in the Colorado Mountains
I think thats it so far.
I leave in 10 days to head out to Burning Man for 3.5 weeks.
Then am headed to Powellapalooza at the end of september
Then I'm crewing a Balloon at the Albuquerque Balloon Festival.
Yeah its been a crazy summer. Will try and get atleast a few pics up soon.

LOL, we're waiting for it to cool down a bit and for the monsoon rains to stop out west before we load up the trailer and take off. When the weather is ready to cooperate we'll be ready to go!

I do trust you TT-It's the juices fault. It's just so good that it causes perfectly trustworthy people to transform into little green hairy creatures that sneak into tackle boxes and make off with the liquid gold...

I go to college so my summers are usually packed with trips but this year, I worked as a paid intern so I wasn't able to venture out on any trips like in the previous years.
I started summer out by going to Italy with the cast of Jersey Shore (I know everyone hates that show, I get it lol) for two weeks.
Ever since then, I've worked a whole lot. I get paid pretty good money so I can't complain.
My family has season tickets for the Giants so I also go to 3-4 games a week. Tonight's game is special though.
Im sure maureengill knows why!! Beat the Phillies!!!
I hope you all enjoy the rest of your summer!

I've always wanted to attend bonnaroo or burning man but haven't gotten to!(yet)
i would rather watch paint dry!! But your right, I've signed like 100 release forms stating I can't say anything about any incidents that occurred on the show until its actually shown on television. I watch it to make fun of the cast. I'm also in love with Sammy and Vinny is a cool guy to hang with. The only people I like on the show.
You'll see me on TV if you decide to see it, that should be enough to get you to watch! =)
