The ad. Fairly straightforward 
Kit Contents: 1 epuffer unit, two 6mg sampler cartridges per kit. 1 carrying case (kinda felt cheap but does the job), 1 USB charger. 1 free pack of 5 cartidges (I went with 16mg tobacco flavor + Menthol 16mg for the 2nd kit - all cartridges have built in atomizer).
I also ordered a AC wall charger because my laptop is not always with me.
Price Paid: $69.00 for unit. $17 for AC charger. 5 Pack of cartridges is approx $15 for future reference. Each cartridge is 20-25 cigarettes. Option to purchase e-liquid (which i may try after watching several "how to refill a cartridge with built-in atomizer videos") is 30ml for $30.
Packaging:Packaging was average. All pieces were intact and nothing was broken or missing. One of the free carrying cases had a closing issue but a minor tweak and it was back on track. This may have been from shipping.
Product:The components seem sturdy. Unit even arrived partially charged.The pieces screwed together nicely without much effort. The wall charger has a LED light that indicates correct charging times. The LED light on the wall charger seem to work in unison with the normal usb charger, they both glow red & then blue to show unit is rdy.
Effectiveness: After swapping to E-Ciggs from normal cigarettes I am pleasantly surprised. The smoke quality and quantity is impressive and the throat hit is decent. The unit requires a small tug to warm it up and a second tug to truly see the smoke quantity.
Cartridges Flavor Quality: The cartridges that were shipped with it (as samplers) have become my favorite. They are either a plum or mirabella flavor (as they call them) and are only 6mg. The 16mg tobacco/menthol flavors seem a little strong and I'm surprised by this. I thought ordering the 6mg or 8mg would be too light but I can see myself swapping to these in the future. For example, when I'm in Canada I smoke Players Rich Regular. When I visit the US its usually Marlboro Lights. So ultimately the 6-8mg range seems to coincide with the strength of my usual brand.
Customer Service: The service was spot on from the beginning. They were very quick with emails. There was an small issue with the cartridges that I ordered from the beginning and it was inventory-related. The solution was to pick a similar flavor with a weaker mg count. I thought "oh great, here we go" but within 1 day they emailed me and said it would be shipped as originally ordered. This was good news to me. However, in the end I think the lesser mg amount would have been better lol.
Shipping Time & Cost: I placed the order on a Monday and I had the product in my hands on Friday. The website said 3-5 days and it was exactly as stated. $19.00 for fast shipping
Final Comments: So far i'm happy with the epuffer. My experience has been good and I look forward to trying some of their other flavors and staying away from analogs. I have not tried any other brands of e-cigs so its hard for me to say whether or not this is better than others. What I can say is its a good product overall and it seems perfect for any beginner or someone looking to start vaping.
