Well, I am not sure yet.
I have batteries and have charged two of them up.
I have loaded two of them with HHV White Likes 18mg nic 70/30.
I compared them side by side to other things I have here.
eRoll VS Blu:
I charged up and refilled a Blu cartomizer with the same liquid. The eRoll and Blu look to be the same diameter with the eRoll being slightly longer but not enough to make a difference. The eRoll stomped the Blu by every measure, it was not even a contest.
eRoll VS Super Charged 510:
First here is why I am calling it a Super Charged 510. I did find some 3.7v regulated 510 short batteries as apposed to the Joye 510's at 3.3v. The next thing is I am running the excellent Ikenvape LR 35mm Platinum cartomizer on the 510 battery. These cartomizers are advertised as 2.0 ohms but it looks like they are really 1.7-1.8 ohms. I know this is hard on the 510 batteries. This 510 combo is outperforming the 808 cigalikes I have tried.
Size: The eRoll will be easier to carry by every measure, it is shorter, lighter, narrower, and weights less. It is easier for hands free vaping but not by a huge amount being the 510 with 180mah auto batteries is not that heavy either. eRoll is still a little easier for hands free. eRoll wins by every size measure.
vaping: This one is hard to judge. I think the Ikenvape cartomizer is doing a lot to put this 510 in a whole new league. Some of this might seem contradictory, I seem to be getting more vapor production out of the 510. I am getting more throat hit from the eRoll. I am getting more flavor from the 510. This is a close one to judge. Again this 510 is doing better than any cigalike I have tried and I think a lot of it has to do with the Ikenvape cartomizer at 1.8ohms and 3.7v which is probably tearing apart this battery. I am certainly not getting the runtime a 180mAh battery should give.
Auto battery responsiveness: The eRoll was automatic was a little more responsive than these 510 batteries but both were useable in auto mode.
I need to go back and compare these two again. I also need to compare run times later as well.
eRoll vs the Iken Super Cigalike:
This is not a Cigalike but it is an automatic. Since all of my cigalikes have been automatics these look like a big cigalike to me so that is what I call them.
Ikenvape has been having runs of fixed voltage Automatic 3.96v eGo-C's type batteries made. I am comparing the short 350mAh battery with both an Iken LR cartomizer and an Iken modified Evod.
Size: The eRoll easily wins here, the Super Cigalike in length is a bit longer than a standard cigalike but is fatter at 14mm vs 9.2mm.
vaping: With the Ikenvape LR Fusion cartomizer Iken modified Evod the eRoll was beat in throat hit, vapor production, and flavor. This was not a fair match up. The 3.96v and the great quality of the Ikens stuff was too much to overcome. I can do hands free with the Iken set up but the eRoll is much much better at hands free usage.
Auto battery responsiveness: I cannot tell a difference, they seem to be equal.
In my vaping arsenal these two would not be competing with each other. Iken battery and delivery system is my medium sized solution.
eRoll vs Provari:
Size: Well, eRoll wins by every measure by a super duper wide margin.
Vaping: Provari with Ikenvape Fusion SR cartomizer and tank wins in every category but hands free vaping. No way to vape a Provari hands free.
Some of the comparisons I made were a little silly as this was meant to fill the role other cigalikes have been filling in my gear.
To wrap up what I feel on the first 3 hours of ownership against other cigalikes.
It stomped the Blu.
It beat the KR808's that I have tried.
The it beats all the 510s exept for the 510 I have at the moment. They are running neck and neck.
If I changed to the cartomizers that I have found in 510 kits the eRoll would have won. If I went with a normal 510 batter at 3.3v the eRoll would have won. I have tried a lot of combinations of 510 parts and have the best performing cigalke I have so far found with 3.7v and a 1.8ohm Iken.
The eRoll does win in size but it might be edged out on the vaping side of things, this is a farily close one. I think I need to use my 510 set up and the eRoll side by side for a couple of weeks.
