I see my LF VG fluid has some in it (ethanol). I am wondering if it would be possible for vaping it to cause me to fail a breathalizer test...not the "get pulled over" kind, the employment kind. The zero tolerence kind.....

The answer is 'probably not' but this is more of a legal question where you should consult a lawyer. not some layman's opinion. Not a good idea to put your job on the line on a 'probability'.
And if the test is a gas spectrometer that can find any trace down to the ppm or ppb - those used for zero tolerance, then don't eat anything with vanilla extract, or any flavoring that uses alcohol -a frosted cinnabun, etc., don't use most mouthwashes, bacterial hand wipes then pick your teeth, etc. etc.
