Ethyl Alcohol in flavors

Hello everyone,

I just have a few questions about Ethyl Alcohol that is being in some flavors. Is it harmful to vape? Also, does it anyhow make you feel drunk if you use a lot of it? Is it going to stay in your blood? I am asking this because my country has very strict rules about using Alcohol, even if it's used in flavoring. Please help me guys. Thank you in advance

the tiny little bit of alcohol in the juice is no where even enuf to make one buzzed.... or even show up on a test... you would need to drink about 30ml of 100% alcohol to get a good buzz ( considering you weigh about 190 lbs ( 78 kilo))

If you are referring to very strict religious prohibition of alcohol even a little alcohol may be taboo. A religious elder or leader may give the best guidance for a definitive answer. But -- luckily there are many, many flavors that do not have ethanol in them you can obtain......

no alcohol at all??? that must reduce the list of alot of foods to.... there are quite a few fruits that contain natural alcohols in them due to the ripening process...

The alcohol is used as an extraction agent for the flavor. By the time it gets to you, the actual amount of alcohol in the e-liquid is negligible at most.

Yes, some countries do have strict religious rules about alcohol. As far as blood tests are concerned, alcohol shows up in those. it's the level of alcohol that's the concern. The body has a natural level of alcohol at all times. It's very low, but it's there. Anything above the norm shows that alcohol has been consumed.

That being said, vaping juice that has alcohol-based flavors doesn't raise the blood level very much at all. In fact, here in the US, if you are stopped at a sobriety check, and fail the breathalizer test because of vaping, you should insist on the blood test for that very reason.

As was said before, there are lots of flavorings that don't have alcohol, so the best bet in your situation, do0omys, is to check with your supplier and only use those.

Ethyl alcohol is 100% alcohol, it's man made, not just fermented juice. I think you made the right decision, too much good juice to even bother with ether. Happy Vaping! B-)
