I was shopping for EM yesterday and saw that...it scared me. No reviews, no vendors ratings, etc. Ended up getting 1/4 lb from ecig express for $10

Oh wow a gallon of PEG400 for 40.00 isnt bad . I dont know if id trust any of it though .EM is cheap as is .

The maltol looks like F.C.C grade, not generally held to as high a standard as USP, and considering it is made in China... Just saying. I don't know if there is even a USP maltol but I would look for that.

I'm pretty sure at least a couple of the other items he's selling can be used in production of a certain n arcotic.
