Okay, granted that I miss a lot of stuff, but why has ethyl maltol been ignored for several years?

I decided to just order the crystals. Save the tuna and all that. (Well, save my Swedish gummy fish, at least.)

So now I have crystals, no formula to actually use it, and decide to Google (gaggle) it. One quarter teaspoon per 10 ml. Sounds reasonable. It isn't. A ten percent solution in PG isn't possible, since EM is only soluble in PG at 5.5%.

I have a party to go to, RIGHT NOW. So, I will try to get back here, tomorrow. Tomorrow, you know the drill...

I believe the em is already at 10% strength when you buy the crystals. When I mix 1/4 tsp of the crystals in PG it all disappears.

I mix 1/4 teaspoon of EM crystals to 17ml PG. Then heat in microwave for 5-7 seconds to helps melt the crystals. That makes the perfect blend. Can't remember where I saw this formula, but it all has to do with saturation or some other chemistry stuff I don't understand
