That looks awesome. Now I need to strip the plating off my RM2 for my CV Grand. I should have gotten a brass one when I bought my RM2.

Not too hard to strip the plating off yourself. Nickel plating is not very thick or hard & a few grits of sandpaper will take it right off.

If you like the shiny brass look you will have to keep polishing it every so often. Some people love polished brass, some prefer patina. Personally I like both but I don't like the stages of patina before it gets a real nice aged look. I think a nice heavy patina will look awesome with the copper vein.

chohan, please come back & post a pic after some months with the patina if you decide to let it go that route. :pop:

Just have to show this bad boy off.

Rob hooked me up with a brass rm2 in no time at all.
Thanks Alice and JenD for the tip on that.
Perfect match for the copper vein Grand and looks nice with the shorty tip (ty Supe)

Wow, I was thinking about a brass rm2 for my copper and was wondering what it looked like :). That baby is awesome.

Guess I need myself a sharp dressed Reo. :toast:
