Found out from Trukinlady that for purposes such as these, there is no copyright infringment.

WORKING WITH CLOTH

The Jewish people made many of their clothes from sheep's wool. (Scratch, scratch *)

SPINNING

Before the wool could be spun, the women had to wash and comb it. Then they spun the wool into lengths on a special wooden stick.

DYEING

After this the women washed the wool again before dyeing it (Jeremiah 2:22). The dyes they used were made of crushed shells (Acts 16:14), fruit, or even lice eggs, (gag...I don't even want to think from whose head*) and were mixed with water. The wool was dyed in big pots or basins, then rinsed in water and dried.

WEAVING

Once the wool had been spun and dyed, it was ready to be woven into cloth. Often the loom was set up outdoors, on a simple wooden frame (Judges 16:13). First the weaver would fix the long warp threads from end to end. The she would push the yarn between the warp threads, using a wooden stick to guide it through. Gradually a piece of cloth would be formed, as the weft, or cross, threads grew.

I don't know about you, but I'm very happy to have stores and catalogs!!!
