I know everyone recommends the Kgo with the 1100 mah battery, but I'm very happy with my Riva 650 mah battery. A friend at work got the Kgo 1100 mah and looking at them side to side, the size of the Kgo seemed inconvenient in comparison. The 650 mah already lasts the whole work day for me, so I didn't see any need for a 1100 mah personally.

Just my experience.
and you can get it for a good price here Electronic Cigarette - Starter Kits - Riva 510 - Carto Deluxe

Kgo and Riva are identical PVs. Kgo also comes in 650 mah but most choose the larger batt size. As long as it's keeping you off the stinkies it's all good. But yes if size is a concern then definitely the 650 Riva/ Kgo or Volt.

Right, and the Riva comes in 1100 mah as well. Didn't mean to make it sound either/or.

I guess the other consideration is that the 1100 mah not only lasts longer overall, but will keep an initial stronger (higher voltage) charge longer as well. But for size I do prefer the 650 mah.

Nothing beats my kgo and a 3.5 ml tank of juice, but we have a few volts in the house. My husband uses them at work. He goes to work everyday with his kit consisting of 3 volt batteriess and 3 cartos. We make our own juice but the hubby sticks to the tobacco flavors. He says a cig should taste like a cig not a lolly pop. My husband is having a little problem distancing from "cigs" and still calls vaping "smoking" After you are set with the volt kit with the chargers, the extra batteries are reasonably priced. The prefilled cartos I think are expensive.

What I recommend to newbies these days is the Volt.
Mainly because their horizontal coil cartomizer design seems to be superior.

And if you wind up wanting more battery life they have X2 batteries.
Once you get an X2 battery you now have an Ego type of battery, only better.

The Volt and the X2 are regulated to 3.6 volts whereas the Ego is regulated to about 3.4 volts.
