Everyones very first setup

Since this threads populated by new and old members alike, i figure its a good place for the newbies to say what they have, and for the more experienced folk to say what they started with and what they used now :)

For myself my first setup is a vision spinner II and an e-fire for batteries. I'm currently using the aerotank mini v2 from kangertech, which was an upgrade from my kangertech protank III. Looking into upgrades as we speak, oooh the choices :)

what were/are YOUR first choices for getting started on vaping?

Lol fun topic. I started with an 808 battery and cartomizer setup, but only because that and the 510 were the only things available at the time. Didn't drop my last two cigarettes per day until the eGo came on the market. Joined ECF slightly after I ordered my first kit, so approximate quit date is over there...

I just started 3 months ago and the guy at the store told me to go with an eleaf istick 20w with a nautilus mini. So far it's been good for me and I haven't smoked a cig since. I'm already thinking of upgrading but I don't know anything about vapes and don't have a clue on what I would upgrade to.

My next upgrades actually looking to be an e leaf 50 w lol. I'm looking for that extra oomph...and the battery life... Quite certain I'm classified as one who 'chain vapes'

Still very undecided on the clearo choices. Been intrigued with RDA's recently too.

Started off with a little 750 mah firefly ego battery, mini Vivi Nova with a little skull drip tip...slick little piece, at the time, lol

Vaping a rDNA 40 Vaporshark, and a Provari P-3 now primarily, amongst others...Seems like light years away from that little firefly although I still have that little firefly and it has found a happy mate with a mini nova X-jet tank and still vapes great for a little tiny starter device.:2cool:

I started with vision spinners also....with the lil vision clearo (and still use it once in a while).....Stopped smoking immediately there after, all it took was some good juice and nicotine....:)

Now I have iSticks and Vapor Sharks, I like the iSticks the best with kanger sub-tanks, great battery life.

I didn't even know they made it all the way up to 50w lol. It's a great battery though mine get's 2 days on a full battery with me using it a good amount throughout the day. Same here I've been thinking about getting into RDA's lately but I have no clue where to start lol these things are like another language to me.

Hey Inspects, don't mean to hijack the thread but just curious about really good juice suggestions you might have for use in those sub tanks, and similar sub ohm tanks?

I started with 2 Kanger EVOD (I think) vv 650 mah batteries each with a Kanger T3D and a couple bottles of juice.

Now using a MVP 2, Cloupor ZNA 50, and Sigelei 100W Plus for batteries/mods. I still have and use a couple T3D and Aerotank Megas for tasting and getting rid of older "meh" juice. But mostly using 3 Atlantis tanks, a Kanger ST, and a Kanger ST Mini.

Hey OlderNDirt (Love the name BTW, funny) But I would throw the same question at you, what juices do you like in your Sub Tanks and the like? I still vape "regular" ohm level tanks and dove into the sub ohm tank world and was curious what juices work? I have rebuilt a bunch of my older tanks at low ohm and noticed not all the juices I enjoy regularly don't work well in those set ups is why I ask?

Everyone has their own opinion naturally, mine happens to be Virgin Vapor, Mt Pocono Vapes, Mt Baker Vapor, Vapor Bomb, Crystal Canyon Vapes, not in any specific order.

Have tried a lot of different vendors, these are the ones I continually order from.

There is a good thread on everyones favorite e-juice here some place.....good luck finding it....:p

Cool I appreciate the info, have been looking at the "high end" juice suppliers and I see a few flavors I wouldn't mind trying, its hard to spend the big bucks on the juice if its something that I won't enjoy, or won't work with my tanks. One flavor that intrigues me is that Castle Long from 5 pawns, have heard mixed reviews but something in that ballpark would be what I am after.

Started with an MVP v1 and six days later won a ProVari v 2.5 standard at a meet. I quickly changed the topper that came with the MVP kit to a Kanger ProTank v1, and I was off and running.

Have several more of the MVP 2's and ProVari minis. They work for this "cool taste preferred" vaper. I do have an itaste iStick 20W and an rDNA30 VaporShark just to see, but still prefer the lower wattage range.

Toppers? Have many of the ProTank 2's and Davides which I learned to rebuild as well as convert to using the Replacement BVC Aspire coils and I also use a couple of the Nautilus's with their BVC coils.

I think I started vaping at the right time.....Lucky! :p
