I've cleaned my atomizer using pepsi, boiled it in water, I have 3 atomizers really close to brand new so I thought it may be the cotton

So I bought that special cotton at walmart for 2 dollars. Packed it with the cotton and filled. Didn't work. I bought a 5 pack of new carts, now they taste burned after an hour.

I have no idea what's going on. Could my battery be causing the bad taste? I have 6 battery's a usb passthrough and 3 atomizers and no matter what I have done all my carts taste like crap after the very top layer, plenty of juice left though.

Should I just get some coca cola and leave it in there overnight? Btw, drysmoking tastes EXCELLENT but carts are just burning my throat...

I have found that penstyle devices taste crappy after a half dozen draws from a full cartridge, thus requiring a cartridge top off. It is to the point where I primarily drip only, or dry smoking as you call it. I see no evidence that the cartridge stuffing is burning, so I guess the off taste has to do with the wick inside the heating coil going dry.

901 cartys are small. You have to make sure there is plenty of liquid in it and you have to constantly top off. The atty you could be using is a 4075 and they get even hotter than the true 901's. You just have to top off constantly in your carty with a drop or 2 to keep it from doing the burnt thing.

It's a solution:)
But is it the only solution? I mean it's real freaking burned! And I bought one atomizer from smoke liberation and greg assures me it's a genuine dse901 atomizer

Only solution?

That's what I ended up doing too. I didn't like the taste and kept dripping into the cart to fix that then realized that just dripping into the atomizer was much more efficient. After awhile I learned how to get a good hit most the time. Cleaning really messes with it but after "filling" it back up to "normal" parameters it gets good again. It's very organic.

I'm looking one for a screw off cap. I don't know if they sell them at walgreens or whatever:p

Go to a vitamin shop, or natural grocery store. They usually have the amber or blue glass dropper bottles for a buck or less. I get bottles from Natural Grocer, here in Denver. It's also where I get the "NOW" Brand VG.

We're not the most progressive town. All we have is fast food places and have a lot of them. Good to know none the less. I'll stop by walgreens or something. You guys have been a big help. I'll ask more if I absolutely need to
