new unit atty issues. No taste on one, burnt taste on the other! Oi!

Hi guys,

I got a new TW 510 kit not too long ago and am having a couple of issues with the atomizers. One tastes like plasticky burning. I had a burnt wick come out upon closer inspection. Is there any way to save it/ get rid of the burning taste?

On the second atomizer that came with the package I get great vapor production but no flavor whatsoever, or what seems to taste like atty. I know the cart is full and i dripped 2 drops on the atty when changing the cart for good measure. I tried different flavors thinking my juice was weak. No go.
Any ideas?

I have a m602c and wanted to try an atomizer unit. I'm starting to regret it... :/

Well Sometimes you can clean them to get rid of the burnt taste. Soaking in alcohol and flushing seems to work for some people. Some atties seem to take a bit to get going. I'm not sure why this is but for some reason I have had a few that took a week to really get going.

New attys have a primer coating that's there to prevent corrosion—but doesn't taste very good. Like Brad said, a 5-minute alcohol bath & blowout will get rid of it.
