Im very new to this vv and vw thing, and i want to know what volts is safe to set, to my 2 ohm atty, i recently got an evic, and am very confused, because evic said that recomended wattage is 5.2W and that is around 3.3V, but that produces too little vapor, and I can't say that I don't like it on 5V but what is safe, and whys can happen if I put too much volts on it?

I have not used an eVic but the vv/vw devices are regulated by a computer chip to prevent issues like outputting too much power. In other words, if you try to set 4.8 Volts with a 1.5 ohm atty the device will not actually fire at 4.8 volts, but at a safer voltage level. PBusardo has many videos with charts that show the actual output of these devices with different resistances at different settings.

That said, with a 2.0 ohm resistance I usually vape around 4.0-4.4 volts depending on the juice. I'm fairly new to this however and don't yet have any variable wattage devices, and those seem more convenient because you pick the wattage you want and the device adjusts the voltage automatically based on the current resistance.

You should be able to safely increase the wattage until you get the vapor and flavor you desire. If it starts tasting burnt, turn the wattage down. Until you get burnt taste, you are fine, and again because it's a regulated device, you shouldn't have to worry much at all unless it is faulty.

Hiya,
The recommended wattage is the starting point - you start low and then work up to where it tastes good. Its not the recommended wattage to vape everything at all the time - it the beginning place. Put your atty on, start at 5.2W and go up in watts until you hit where you like the taste.
So - use your Evic in variable wattage - start at the low watts - 5.2w, and work up to the setting that tastes good to you. The Evic will read the ohms of your attachment and adjust the volts automatically. You don't have to calculate anything or worry about the volts when you use variable wattage.
Your 2 ohm atty is fine - the beauty of having variable wattage is that you can put that 2 ohm atty on the Evic, set the watts you want and vape! So if you have variable wattage use it - the device will adjust the volts automatically for you. You don't need charts with volts and ohms when you use variable watts.

Ok, satisfied evic user here (and I've converted 3 of the 4 vapers I work with here to the evic, as well).

The recommendation is ALWAYS 5.2 watts, and it's no good - ignore it. First thing to do is go into the menu, select "vapor set," then "switch," and change it to "VW." That puts it into variable wattage mode, so you can stop worrying about volts and ohms and such. If you know the wattage you like, most atomizers and juices are going to work well around the same wattage. Second step is to dial it up to 8.0W. That's about the best vape I've found on anything I put on it, from ego attys to clearos to my kayfun and igo-w4. I leave it there 90% of the time.

Feel free to play around with different ranges, though - there's no safety issue to worry about, because the evic won't let you do anything unsafe. If your atomizer's resistance is too low, it will error, and it won't let you turn the voltage or wattage up higher than it can handle. So experiment with it and see what you like the best. For me, that 8 watt setting is the best balance point between vapor and flavor... it tends to burn if you get much higher and doesn't produce much if you're too much lower, but that's my preference. Yours might be different. It's a good starting point, though.

You can power a 2 ohm atty or carto at higher settings than the 5v max which is available on the eVic so just go for it. Only downsides are that you might need to recharge your batteries a bit more often or you might get burning taste if the atty doesn't wick well enough. Just use whatever setting gives you the best vape.
