So the eVic has a 2 amp switch limit (I believe.), which just sucks. I don't know TOO much about amp limitations, but I know this means I can only use up to 5 volts or 11 watts.

My question is, why with a 2.2ohm carto can I bump it all the way up to 11 watts, but when I put on any of my cartos that are 2.8-2.9 ohm, I can only go up to 8.9watts?

I would think the higher ohm resistances would take the higher voltage/wattages and not the lower ohm'ed cartos. Is that wrong to think that?

I really hate this, but can't complain because I spent less than 10 bucks for my eVic. And with my rba coming in I'm worried I'll have to buy something with a higher amp limit...VAMO in my near future maybe?

As a generalized rule of thumb; the lower the resistance of your coil, the less voltage is required for it to heat up. And vise versa. The coil acts as a pipe, and the current from the battery is the water. the less restrictive the coil is, the easier it is for the currant to pass through. Higher resistance requires more currant to achieve the same effect...hope that helps a bit. the chart is all you need really.

I have no doubt you can Vape your NETS at 11W or less and get rock solid flavor using a RDA.

Where you run into problems is Running SS mesh Tanks and low/sub 1.0 ohm coils. I have to back down with my IGO_L's or I start choking.
RSST just barely makes it.

Should do homework first rather than complain about something that is Built specific.

I would recommend picking up a cheap Mech Mod for getting serious and some really good 18650 batteries. Save the Evic for comfort vaping.
