Evic and Protank 2 Airy Draw

So I got my Evic yesterday and decided to use the Protank 2. I've been using the new Ego-CC clearomizer on the Evic and it is great. I've heard great things about the Protank 2 but I seem to be getting an airy draw. I'm vaping Nicquid Apple Frost clear liquid, at 3.4v. The atomizer reads 2.3ohms. Any one else experience something like this? Did you use the skirt that came with the Protank 2? Should I be doing something different?

The Protank is airy. You can tighten it up by using Teflon plumbers tape, eVod heads or a Tatroe Protank base, all of which will tighten the draw. Some like it airy, some like it harder.

I remember reading that the protank 2 is less airy than the first. Overall it's not bad but its a little different coming from the new Cc clearomizer.
