Evic Hardware V2 out soon?

I found this on an evic seller's website.

"As joyetech will finish changing the control head for eVic on 4th March. So waiting for the advanced eVic come in our stock."

Looks like Evic v2 is out soon. Curious to see what changes will be made to the control head.

Any guesses?

I really don't believe there will be v2 that soon I mean there are some negative and positive feeling about it but overall real nice device. I am only hoping to see price drop sometime soon. I just can't justify the $100 price because thats like 4+ twists or c-upgrade

Ha, as I suspected! The eVic looks amazing and i want one, but I can't shake the feeling that a new one is out soon-ish. Just ordered a VAMO, and from some I've got the understanding that it's a better vape than the eVic.

PV's ARE gadgets, and with every new gadget you need to make the choice between being an early adopter and living with first-generation issues, or wait a year and grab the improved version 2.0.

If they have to release a new head unit to change functional aspects of the Evic wouldn't they be running contrary to the whole reason to have one? This is supposed to be a unit that is updateable. Granted there is a huge step from 1.0 to 1.2 I'll conceed that point. Isn't there a risk that doing something along that line is a bit of a gamble? This is just supposition at this point and I very much hope it is not the case.

I purchased one of those air control things and just screwed it into the eVic permanently as the threads on 2 eVics were pretty bad/sloppy from the get-go. Seems to work pretty good.

the 510 type or ego type? i'm using the 510 type and it is finicky, and not outside threaded for my t3s and redux
