Evic issues

My evic crapped out on me today! It thinks it still charging, error MSG of sorry! Please charge by USB, doesn't really turn on and the weirdest is that it still fires but very weak. I tried reseting it but nothing works

Sorry if I'm Captain Obvious, but did you try removing the battery for a few minutes to see if that kills off whatever might be going on?

yeah ive tried everything, the factory reset method, taking out the battery, using a different battery either 18350 or 18650. nothing seems to be working. im getting a replacement for it luckily i was still within 30days but if this problem does surface again i would like to see if someone knows how to troubleshoot it.

Remove Battery, Press button and hold for 3-5 seconds several times to discharge eVic. I prefer leaving battery out for 1hr. after.(minimum)
Install Battery, wait a minute or two.
Turn eVic on ...........STOP!!!!.......let it fully boot up and check configuration - yes it is a mini PC of sorts.
Test.
For some this works, for others that went all gungho, Evic gets so messed up it gets locked out. A lot like people accidentally crippling Windows software.

Never attempt Reflashing Firmware without first Rebooting eVic to clear any software hangups. Always reboot after updating.
