Evic loose control ring solved

Simply I took cotton sewing thread and wrapped it around the bottom of the head just ABOVE the control ring where there is a gap. I wrapped it around 3 times and that was enough. I cut the end of the cotton and just poked it in so it could not be seen -use another piece of cotton to do this with ease. Et voila! Smooth as you like and no more jingling about.

Just need to wait for my BOD by Leo and this will be awesome.

And on the off chance you have a Provari and were sent the spare end cap (short) This fits perfectly on the Evic and just adds weight and a bit of a quality feel to it.

I might try this fix, but there has to be a better way. The control ring rattling is so annoying to me!

It's a design flaw. They will fix it in the next run I am sure but hey this simple little trick works unbelievably well..

Well, since I don't tend to sit and shake my AVP I've never noticed a rattle in either eVic.

My thumb or index finger almost always hits the ring due to pressing the fire button.

Seriously. If you're going to charge that kind of money......dont cob it up!
The first company to pair the evic concept with the provari quality will dominate.
I want the evics beautifull read out and volt ring with provaris quality......
Cant these freakin companies get it together?
