So I got one of these on one of the co-ops and gave it to my gf. Recently she told me she was having problems with the twist button and I checked it out and indeed there is an issue with it. It pretty much feels like it's stuck. It's very difficult to scroll it backwards and when you do it doesn't really bounce back like normal. Anyone experiencing any similar issues or anyone have a fix for this?

Doesn't make sense that it's already broken after only a few weeks.

I've been looking over the head and honestly, I have no freaking clue as to how I would take it apart without breaking it. I'm starting to think it might be gunked up and just getting stuck from that. I know she usually throws it in her purse and her apron at work so that's a high possibility. Any ideas on where to start?

Yeah, First thing i did was take the tube off. I was trying to see how i could possibly take this control ring off, but it doesnt look likely. Do you guys think that some 97% alcohol would damage it if i were to drip a bit in and swirl it around to try and remove whatever is gunking it up? Assuming that's the problem anyway.

are there any other knows issues with these? trying to convice my gf not to buy one with our vape fund she wants to buy it and that german SS kit for it :(

My gf had this thing for a couple of weeks before it started doing this, but aside from that I do know she didn't like it. She doesn't really know much about ecigs either. As soon as I got my two Vamos in she took one and decided to keep that one instead. A nice SS vamo > evic imo.

Better to get a can of electrical parts cleaner. Remove the battery and tube Spray liberally and work the rotational control.
Try to keep spray off the plastic covering.
Electrical parts spray is fast drying and you should be back in business in about 30 minutes.

Thanks, I'll try that out.
