I just got my Evic mini yesterday and having shrinking resistance woes. It doesn't seem like it's simply reading a lower resistance though, whenever mine is in that state it hits TP and won't output much past 20w, usually 8-15 and then doing the new coil trick it works great. Really hoping this gets addressed.

I got about 5ml off 1 Samsung 25r with a bunch of cycles on it if that helps at all. Also playing around I find that if I use the ego mega and the resistance goes from .21 to .20 like it's been doing I can get a good vape cranking the temp to max, however using a .1 ni 200 coil in another atty if it goes from .11 default gives good vape at 450-500 to the .09 it's been doing even maxed out at 600f or 315c its a weak cool vape...

And while I'm at it, how do you guys think this compares to the IPV D2?
I have both and like the evic mini VTC over the IPV D2. I like the interface on the evic better, and it also allows you to change the temp without going through the menu's which is a huge plus to me since I change it frequently. I also like that since I'm using the same resistance coils, I don't have to set the resistance every time I switch tanks or remove the battery for TC to work properly. I also prefer the magnetic battery door over the ball bearing mechanism the d2 uses, it's too easy for my d2's battery door to slide off. They just added the ability to see how many amps you're pulling off the battery which is also nice if you're worried you're going over a batteries limit.

I can't say much about the lifespan yet, as I've only had it for a couple weeks now, feels solid though.

Final question, how long would a Samsung 25R, LG HE2 or HE4 (just about the same specs all around) last on the Evic VTC Mini?

I get about 4 full tanks of my Goliath V2 with dual ti coils at .20 ohms/35 watts/530 degrees....on a Samsung 25r.
I get about the same with an efest.

Also my eVic VT is still rockin strong with no issues and I got it as soon as it released. In fact, it was my all day mod until I got the Mini a few days ago. My VT looks like hell, it's all scratched and chipped, but still works great.

With the CLR heads, it is a decent tank, I ordered another tank and pack of CLR coils last night from sweet-vapes, because I am enjoying the one that came with the mini so much, heads are so easy to rebuild and damn cheap for rebuildables. Ordered the yellow to go with my full size evic vt :)

I like the tank as well, provided that the CLR heads are being used. Those have been working out very well for me, and are very easy to rebuild.

I wanted something a little smaller, and found the Wismec Amor tank. It’s 22mm in diameter, but a little shorter than the Ego One mega. The tank is frosted glass, and it uses the same heads as the Ego One Mega.

The photo is the Amor on the Evic Mini and the Ego One Mega on a Koopor mini (which is the same height as the Evic) to show the size difference of the tanks.

And any reviews on the bypass function? The ability to use it like a mech mod is quite compelling.

P.s. Sorry for the spam.
Well its OK performs like a mech would, just having a voltmeter
