The evic is definately heavier, even a little bigger. It's a square block vs a more rounded Kanger. However, my wife uses the evic just fine as long as it has a silicon sleeve...she says it's too slick otherwise.

STL = straight to lung
MTL = mouth to lung
CLR the "R" stands for rebuildable. It doesn't really vape like a protank but it does rebuild like an old protank single coil.

Tootle Puffing is kind of defined as low wattage MTL (less clouds) style of vaping.
