I have an evic and want to get into building my own coils for my protank 2 I would like to try some low ohm builds, micro coils, nano coils and so on. I also would like to get the kayfun lite plus, but from what I have read is that with sub ohm builds the evic wont put out the wattage needed. I would like to do some 1 to 1.5 ohm coils in my protank 2. Is this going to work. Let me know guys. Thanks

Check out some of the info here. Lots of your questions can be answered. If you want to get to sub ohming pay special attention to battery safety. Hope it helps.

Keeferes thanks for the info. Been vaping for close to a year. Went from a halo to my evic. Ive watched about every YouTube video I could find on how to build different coils, different wraps, different materials, and so on. But never got the particulars on why what does what. UNTILL NOW ! Lmao I read everything thoroughly and am now even more eager. I dont like the fact of being a "noob" lol bbut it is what it is. Have to start somewhere. Thanks again.

That was a poor word choice on my part. I really wasn't meaning to be condescending at all. I'm still under three months in this myself, so I am a noob. LOL. I was really frustrated that morning when I made that. I will be making a more "freindly" title for version 2 of tha thread. I have even more info gathered I want to include in a single spot for new comers. I'm working on one for advanced vapers, but my experiance at this point leaves me to not jump right in with to many tips on that front.

Lmao I have come to terms with it "hello my name is dwayne ... I am a noob" lol its cool. Ive done my research and im the kind of person who likes to take it to the xtreme ... just because lol. But didnt think my evic would handle it. Sooo its time to get a mech mod and some supplies.

Hi Dwayne, just my 2 cents. My evic I run a 1.8 ohm pt2 micro coil and vapes like a champ at 3.8v all day long. I also have a KFL running T 1.5 and works good too. Like above stay above 1.2 and your good with the evic. I am a fan of mine, but do like my 0.57 dual trident on my mech for that nice cloud fun. Remember read lots on mechs and batteries are your friend, escpically the 30a ones.

Souds good. I have a stock coil in my pt2 right now running at 1.8 and its pretty good. But I want to see what some micro coils will do with flavor and vape.

im not sure but i remember building a 1 ohm coil on for the pro tank and it worked perfectly fine on the evic. I definitely recommend starting to build your own coils though. Much cheaper and also using the cotton wick gives it a bit more flavor.

Sweet ... I built my first micro coil today in my protank 2. It turned out awesome. 1.2 ohm and it vapes great. Thanks for the tips
