This looks like great news! It would be nice to see the actual lab findings though.

I have a crazy question. Why is it that the federal court ruled that the FDA should regulate e-cigarettes as tobacco products? Doe's the FDA regulate Eggplants and tomato's??? They have nicotine in them the same as e-cig juice. Granted, higher concentrations but still just nicotine. I guess I just don't get the connection they have made linking e-cig juice with Tobacco. I seems to me that the connection between the two will always be made and thus tainting societies outlook on e-cig's.

Yeah, well, you could drink your bottle of e-liquid and die really fast... Tomatoes have barely any nicotine in them.

Nicotine in e-cig juice is derived from tobacco.

There are many reasons why they clasified these as tobacco products. If you want a better understanding of why, someone was nice enough to post the rulings of both judge leon and the apeallate court on our forums in the law section. They seem like a long read, but they really arent. Like most legal documents, half the text is referances to the case law/regulations they cite while discuissing why they came to the ruling they did.

oh, and 30 dollars to read their official atricle, and not an article that just talks about the one i really wanted to read?

... there must be a cheeper way to get ahold of that.
