Love this. Although I'm Dutch, I follow the e-cig news in the US of A every day. It reads like a novel. Or a soap, really. Interesting twists. Unexpected developments. You have to see the next episode, new devolopments!, that kind of stuff. For one, I find it stunning that the FDA gets away with all its FUD, lies and truth-mongering. And as many have stated, the nannies, overpaid anti organisations and outright idiots are all over the place. Please keep the war going ECF, you are doing all this to make the world a better place.

Good to hear from our friends "across the pond" who are following the
"Soap Opera" thing going on here.

We will keep up the war! - Thanks for the encouragement

Hello Dutchman, glad to find another Dutchman on the ECF-forum who is interested in these sort of things also.

I clicked on the links in the first post of this thread. Clicking further I found the following recent article:

“ Electronic cigarettes are unsafe and pose health risks, UC Riverside study finds
Published: Friday, December 3, 2010 - 14:07 in Health & Medicine”.

I did only did read the article and not the study itself, but can already say; it looks like the name of the study/article has the intention to mislead people. It suggests vaping is not safe for health. They present it as the conclusion of a scientific study, done in a lab and led by a professor. Most people do not read scientific studies, only the conclusions; if a professor says that after doing a scientific study in a lab, that’s convincing enough for a lot of people.

For what I have read…. the study can not lead to such an conclusion, no way at all. For now it looks like a poor study and has not much, or nothing, to do with science. I am going to read the study itself before I make further comments.

Petrodus, sorry, it's not my intend to give yr thread another went. I am looking forward to the study you mentioned. The more these sort of studies the better. So back to yr thread
