That's what I was thinking. You can see in the video they kind of want to access the deck, but was unsure, so they never did. On my authentic, there doesn't seem to be any difference in which way the af ring sits, as it's the same either way

It's a bottom fill so jfc has no effect when filling. I keep it open all the time. I have gotten some gurgles few times but no leaks so far.

I'm curious about this one. Is the flavor just up there like any other rta? Or is it really a lot better?

I don’t know if the flavor is the absolute best but for me it’s very, very good and well saturated vape. Final verdict will be when I get the MTL deck.

I have the mtl authentic and flavor is outstanding!! I have many many rtas, most hi end and this tank is definitely one of the best for flavor....

For MTL deck its outsanding too. I think they successed make a good RTA for flavor and innovative access deck
I got my YTFK mtl deck finally today. It made airflow smoother and slightly more restricted, but overall it’s still a loose mtl.
I think the airflow- ring is a bit leaky as I use the 0.8 mm hole and its not really tight at all. But still I like it!

, I really wanted to get one but I also like a very tight draw (Dvarw with 0.8mm insert, Berserker mini on 1st hole, Berserker V1.5 on 2nd, YFTK Prime on 1st) and will probably skip it.
Does it matter which way you put the ring? On my authentic, I never thought there was a difference until I read your post. I took a dry puff with af ring on and my finger over my preferred hole and I still was getting some af, I then flipped the ring and it was sealed when I puffed with finger over hole...so at least on mine, the orientation of the ring does make a difference

Thanks for the tip vapdivrr, I tried turning the ring around and it actually feels just a bit tighter.
But not 0.8mm tight, more like 1.2mm. I guess the authentic has a tighter fit on the airflow ring, my YFTK has a little play on it.

Man that's a let down . You bought it because it says airflow as tight as .08 and it really isn't because of a wonky ring.. I know if I bought a tank that said 1.2 and it was 1.6, it would ruin the whole experience. I base my preference on the darvw because with the 1.2 insert, it should be darn close to that, so when I tried my reaper on .08 (the smallest hole I believe) it's way way tighter then the darvw. So this AFC ring in general is another con, because depending on exactly how much play is in the ring, really affects af. It maybe possible to insert something in the main af hole under the ring to reduce flow. Perhaps a toothpick or what I have used before is a rolled up piece of SS mesh (the mesh that I use to use with genesis tanks)
