Have any of you bought the EVOD from CanVape? The picture shows the EVODs with black mouth pieces but all the EVOD Clearos I've seen have a clear mouthpiece. Also he says they may not be branded... I know it's all Chinese but are they knockoffs? I can't seem to find silver EVODs from other vendors I use and other vendors show them with clear mouthpieces.

Not sure what you're looking at, but all the EVODs from Canvape have clear mouth pieces and the picture shows clear mouth pieces. I have 4 of them sitting in front of me, and they are the real deal.

Mind if I ask ..How do you know they are the real deal?
When I read this in the description "As with most of our Kanger products may or may not be branded" thats what put up a red flag to if its genuine or not. Both my kanger protank and T3 have Kanger etched onto it but my few fasttech evods look just like the picture, right down to the colors.
As with a lot of namebrand products, if there is no logo on the product then I would lean more to it being a knockoff resold at premium price.
Easy answer...send the vendor a email asking if they are genuine namebrand..see what they say and at least you will know and have a recourse if you get bait and switched.

Okay I'm feeling really confused now, I swear I was sitting here last night looking for EVODs and I saw the CanVape ones with black mouthpieces.. But now I see they're clear.. <Insert spooky music here>....

My thoughts exactly..

I just did a google image search for "kanger evod" and from what I was seeing there should be EVOD BCC etched on the lower tank part. There was 2 sizes, a 1.6 and a 2.4 mil. but the kanger ones have a logo but I assume the others with no logo some vendors are selling as kanger are knockoffs.
Here's a Canadian vendor who is selling kanger 2.4 evods with the logo etched into the tank so I'm assuming they are genuine.

It really sucks that every vendor purchase is a crap shoot to what your going to receive in the mail, thast why I try to avoid purchasing anything from vendors and stick with the co-ops..at least you know what your getting.

A co-op is where a bunch of people group buy a larger quanity of genuine products at a whole lot less than retail price.
I can't really say any co-op names or locations(forum rules) other than there are co-ops in this forum and some in Facebook. There also is a Canadian ecig forum that might help you out in finding what your looking for.
I think you would have to get verified in the ECF forum to unlock that section of this forum.
I buy almost all my vape supplies except juices from co-ops, I buy Canadian juices cause they are damn good and have no customs issues.

Perhaps "real deal" wasn't the right choice of words. My point was, they are evods and they don't have black mouth pieces.

Kanger doesn't etch except on the stainless, the rest are sometimes printed with "EVOD Bcc". If they aren't printed, you can generally tell by the heads that are included. For the one I got from fasttech, the tank part of the evod is the same, but the heads look cheap, the splines on the air "tube" are different, and the coils are wrapped like garbage compared to "real" heads (and in all fairness, they even confirmed they aren't genuine).

Oh, and just to add to the confusion, on Kanger's own web site, they show unbranded evods. Hell, they even show Protank heads with the longer air tube and tapered bottom as evod heads instead of protank heads.

So, bottom line is, you don't know you're getting genuine product regardless of who you're buying it from. Anyone can tell you they're genuine, but you have no way of knowing.

Personally, I don't care what is printed on them, as long as they work well. All I can say is that all the evods I got from Canvape have been great quality, and they vape perfectly for me, including all the replacement heads.

Kanger is going to one coil for the Evod and Protank. So the picture you saw was correct. No more short coils for the Evod.

i cant tell you if they are geunine or not but i can compare evods from 2 different sources for you:
the ones i bought from Canvape are great and feel more solid and have 3 air holes, the others i bought online from china have 2 air holes and have had various problems, i like the ones i bought from canvape better, i have since switched from any evod type clear.

I picked up an EVOD from electronic-cigz out of Guelph. has the "KangerTech TM" "EVOD" etched into the chrome bottom cap which looks exactly like the etching on the protank. I buy most of my hardware from CanVape because they're close and I get next day delivery for the cheapest shipping price. But I wanted to be sure I had the real thing, instead of some cruddy fasttech version. Nothing against CanVape at all! I've spent lots of money there so far :)
