You will like it!
Since you are a tester for these I expect honest feedback when you get yours. :)
Yeah I outted you in open forum LOL

Hah - looks like you ousted two of us!!! haha So I am not the only one on the hook for feedback. But you can rest be assured, they will get ran through the ringer. And since you have way more toys than me, I will not be nice and overlook a flaw....haha. But they do look perfect and I can't wait! Also have several new ejuices on the way so they can get put through a firing squad of flavors.

LOL, well now I guess I did. I only have two testers as that is all I have time to make. But I want to get these perfected before I commit to an order of 100. :) So, show them no mercy, any flaw I want to know! Lets make these the best they can be.

Couldn't agree more. No reason not to make them perfect since we have the ability to do so!

PM sent Dan. Thought I replied from my phone yesterday, but it didn't get sent since my PM box was full.

Looks perfect. I have no doubt it'll work wonderfully.

Just FYI folks, there is no coop yet. Just watch this thread for information and testing results. But all the requesting posts are just going to muddle the information. Suggestions or constructive posts welcome of course, but information of if and when a coop will be offered or even allowed shall forthcoming here on this thread. Thanks for understanding and enthusiasm.

Hey, we can get all fancy and complicated and make the bottom piece with adjustable air flo. Game? lol

Actually it would be easier to mod the drip tip with a set screw to regulate the amount of air that passes through. Very simple and adjustable from outside the BB. Kinda hard with the tanks face plate in the way.

Or if you want it really simple, just slap a little tape over a couple of the bb inlet air holes....haha. That is some redneck engineering for you there. ..haha.

Not saying it's needed, but if the airflow could be tweaked at the base, it may help with getting the the right amount of wick saturation. Too, wet...loosen the draw. Dry hits, tighten a bit.

Probably not worth the complication. Just throwing that out there.

Good point. That's pretty much how I use my Kayfun Lite Plus and Russian 91%'s airflow screws. In fact, I use my thicker juices in those and tighten them up a bit. I have 2 Kayfun Lites (non-adjustable airflow) that I only run 70/30's in.

I see your point in having the airflow restriction before the wick, this would cause a higher vacumn pull on the juice due to neg air pressure.
The problem I see is the air enters from the center post. The only way to restrict air flow is to add a reducer to the center post hole, or have different center posts with different size holes that could be switched out.
LOL I like drunks option, tape :)

Lol, I like the tape too. Hell, I've beaten my BB up so bad it'd be an improvement:)

I have done this by inserting a small piece of Pyrex capillary tube into the positive past airway and setting it with a tiny dab of JB Weld to restrict draw. Personally, I've come to prefer a looser draw. Not lung hit loose, but easy vaping. Actually just how these draw lol. But it's one option someone can do themselves if they feel the need.

Another way would be to let the base extend further down and seal against the BB positive gasket. The base could have say three 1mm holes drilled into the side, then have a sealing ring that can be slide over one or two holes to adjust. Sort of like a Trident.

Of course, the bottom bevel would have to be smaller (which is a negative).

Anyway, just something to think about. Maybe we can do like the Chinese manufactures. Save this for a version 2...New and improved! lol.

Just got in from a long, wet day at work. Trying to catch up here!

Popped in an original version that has the stem removed that Drunk sent me. 12 wrap 30ga horizontal micro with cotton build. Removing the stem leaves no place for condensation or juice to pool in the carto tube. Going to vape this tank down and let y'all know if I have as good of success as Drunk has had with the stem drilled out. Early impressions are great! Not sure if it's just a particularly nice coil I built, or if it's the open stove pipe atomizer chamber, but the flavor is really, really good.

For those subscribed that either Drunk or myself had sent one of these to way back when, give this a try!

Should have the Scuba version in house tomorrow for testing. Thanks Dan!

Hey Drunk. Anyway you can get one of these out to Dan. I'd be interested in his impression of the flavor with the open design you have here. I don't have a drill press, and am afraid I'd muck it up with a hand drill.

EDIT: Actually, Dan if your up to firing up that lathe, you could cut one with the cup stem made into the top tube. No silicone cup, just mate it to the cup.

EDIT2: If there is enough metal to work with that is.
