Ok so I bought an evod bcc about a week ago and it worked great at first, great vapor no leaks. Now today all of a sudden the liquid is leaking real bad. Major gurgling, liquid coming out of the mouthpiece, and leaking all over the battery. Any suggestions on what the problem could be? And yes the silicone washer is on! I can't even use it right now it's that bad. Do the heads go bad that quick or do I have another problem somewhere else?

So when you unscrew the bottom to do a fill.. that bottom piece is actually two pieces. What you are describing is what happens if they aren't screwed together properly. The atomizer needs to be tight to the bottom screw on. I made this mistake with my protank which is build very similarly. I was just plopping the atomizer in and screwing the bottom on top of it. This is wrong. I'm not sure if that will fix your problem but it sounds about right.

Now that I'm thinking about it that is really the only way you could get liquid in the mouthpiece and through the bottom at the same time. Assuming you didn't pour fluid in the center hole when filling up but I'm assuming you wouldn't do that. if it seems tight, undo it and make sure the threads are perfect and not cross threaded or something.

Yes, the heads do go bad anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks. They're replaceable for a reason.:)

Well I took everything apart and all the threads look ok. Tightened everything back up n put the washer back on. Works ok for a couple puffs then starts gurgling and leaking just like before. Don't know what else to try. I do have a couple more on order so I guess I will see if I have the same problem before I move on to something else. Thanks for the tips!
