Turn them upside down when removing them from the battery. At least that way if it does come apart the juice doesn't run out....
I now do that out of habbit after I dumped it that one time.

Mine is a real pain to open too. it gets screwed really tight. either I can't get the bottom off or I cant get the bottom part off of my battery, have to make my husband loosen it >.>
Meh, I got two of them a month ago. I would use them on a twist for my commute to work. They would work great for awhile, then nothing but dry hits and no vapor. I tried cleaning it and removing a wick, no change...would start out fine then come the dry hits. Never had a problem with flooding.
