are the coil heads inter-changeable???

The base is interchangeable, but the evod base and coil head are separate while the T3 is one piece. Also, the T3 base should always work on an evod tank but the evod base may not seal properly on a t3 tank. Mine did, but others have not.

My suggestion is to just live with the airy draw. I didn't like it at first, but now I do and it is helpful to prevent burning at higher wattage. Otherwise, go for the tape/toothpick trick. The draw is about the same between the evod and t3/mt3. I've heard the protank is even more airy.

Once you use an RBA with a 2 mm inlet hole for a while, everything else will have a tight draw.

Or get a "vanity" ring that restricts airflow. There are a couple out there that do not have slots in the top.

The ring will not help with the evods or probably the t3... the airholes are actually inside the ego cone threading ring...

Just put your finger over one of the holes while taking a drag to see if you like it a little tighter.. if so.. use tape or a toothpick

I know about the toothpick trick, I just keep forgetting to buy them
I actually use clear nail polish on mine to block the air holes... Once it dries you cannot see it at all (unless you really look hard). Being a guy, I did get some funny looks when I went to buy it (even funnier when the lady asked what brand "she usually uses" and I explained what it was for lol)...

This sounds like a pretty good idea, but the base can get a little hot sometimes if you chain vape. Do you ever get any fumes off the nail polish? Can it become liquid again from heat after it dries? It would be simple enough to get it out if you wanted, nail polish remover.

I wonder if some kind of clay would work.

Hi
I have an MT3 and find it a little too airy for me, (I know about the toothpick trick, I just keep forgetting to buy them).
I was thinking about trying an Evod, they seem to get great reviews, the question I have is ..... are they airy like the T3?

I have both and prefer the Evod over T3 for flavor as well as a tighter draw.
