I bought my Darwin about 7 months ago and it never leaves my side except to sleep and shower. In that time I had 2 issues with it. First time the battery went bad(it happens my cell phone battery fails more), second time the screen went out. Both times I emailed Brandon over at Evolv and had a response back within an hour. Both times I sent the unit in for service and had it back in within days(last time sent it day before xmas had it back before New Years). Both times I sent the unit in he updated anything that needed it just to be sure everything was ok.
I am very happy with my Darwin and wouldnt hesitate to buy another one or recommend it to somebody.
