Linc Williams' pertinent points:

1. The role of flavored juice in keeping vapers from taking up smoking again.
2. The ludicrousness of regulating e-cigs as tobacco products, since they contain no tobacco.
3. His proposal to exempt mods/APVs from stringent regulation via Option 2 (exempting premium cigars and applying the exemption to mods).

I'm just scratching the surface. It's a long read, but an excellent one nonetheless.

IMHO, by all means bookmark or download as a .pdf this gem and plan to use this document in it's entirety or extracts from same with our politicians at the appropriate time.

I just finished reading the document. Though I may not be in complete agreement with some of the regulatory suggestions made, I do find it well-written and thoroughly supported with high-quality, defensible evidence.
