On Thursday I received my order that was supposed to include smooth tobacco menthol, the best menthol out there, but what I receieved was the smooth tobacco, by far not the best. I called their 1 800 number and left a message, and then this morning I receieved a phone call from a up beat, and socialable lady. I explained what had happened and she was quick to say that they would send me the right juice today.

It's refreshing to see that a company cares about their customers, and quickly responds to problems.

Now I can refer more people to this company.
