Excellent customer service

So I placed my first order from Mt Baker last week, after checking my credit card statement this afternoon I notice a double charge. I know most people freak out, but I stayed calm. Even tho I expected no answer today I sent them a email, and what do I get??? A response thanking me for my business and letting me know that the it has been taking care of and I will see a credit on my card....Who does this on a Sunday afternoon? Obviously Mt Baker cares about its customers, just needed to share and thank them again for excellence in service!

I have passed over Mt Baker several times not knowing if I could trust them. I think I will finally give them a shot! Let us know how the juice was, if thats what you ordered.

Mt Baker Vapor is very trustworthy! I have been ordering them for a while and they have always come through. If you spend more then 15 dollars they send you a free 15 ml sample. They will even let you pick what flavor at what nicotine content for it also if they are not too slammed. You can get 10 percent off with the code ECF too.

And I just love their live chat feature too.

Agreed. It does seem like there has to be someone there at all times. The have shipped every one of my orders so fast it has made me wonder if their just waiting for an order to fill. They are my go to juice vendor.

Mt. Baker is great. Whether or not you like their flavors, their customer service is above the majority of vendors out there.

I've been lucky to have found a few other vendors with a similar focus on customer service. As long as these vendors continue to stay in business and stock what I want, I have no reason to look elsewhere.

MBV is the most customer oriented company I have ever dealt with. And that isn't just e-juice vendors. That is any company I have ever dealt with IRL or online. They go out of their way to make the customer happy. I can't say enough great things about James and his crew. They could teach a class on customer service. They work hard to make us happy and I take every chance I get to let people know. That is what fantastic customer service does for you. People spread the word and you get more business.

wow, a mbv thread and no one mentions any flavors? like fruit and menthols, try thug juice. like good and plenty and white tic tacs, try white out. i need to actually call them up to order a 16oz thug juice, they also sell it by the gallon if you really fall in love with a flavor. 50ml is the largest you can actually order online.

it's amazing how quickly the orders show up. i'm definitely a mbv fanboy.

I always read about how good the juice and shipping is...I just had to tell how honest they are as well. Ppilf how much is it for a gallon? I got 12 diff flavors from them but can't put the blue ice down to try others.

Recently placed an order with Mt Baker, which has the best customer service ever, and enjoying every flavor ordered including the rather large sample bottle. Live chat? Who else does that? Fresh juice at a great price. By far the best vendor I have ordered from.

I haven't exactly been doing this along time but this is one of the few online retailers I have dealt with. I found them through a friends recommendation, and the experience was great. The free sample was a nice surprise that I didn't expected.

So I like the Mt.Dew kinda like a lemon lime orange citrus flavor, and surprisingly enough I like the free sample of Butter Pecan they sent with my order.

I can't really vape PG and put a comment in the order section on my last order basically saying "I can't really vape PG so if you guys could give me max VG that would be great. If not no big deal Dad will just get some free juice."

Ended up getting Thug Juice Max VG at the same nic as the rest of my order (18mg). The Nic/VG% was hand written on the bottle so I know they didn't just have it kicking around. Wondering if they noticed that I had put Thug Juice in my cart a couple times and not submitted the order haha. Yeah, they'll be getting a lot of business from me.

Their stuff is made fresh just for you so some flavors need to steep, so just be aware of that

I got a few dozen different flavors, right now I am on the not to sweet train and been vaping lemonade, both pink and regular, iced tea and ginger ale ... I get everything right now in 24mg nic 30ml bottles 50/50 mix, crazy clouds and great flavor
