So I placed my first order from Mt Baker last week, after checking my credit card statement this afternoon I notice a double charge. I know most people freak out, but I stayed calm. Even tho I expected no answer today I sent them a email, and what do I get??? A response thanking me for my business and letting me know that the it has been taking care of and I will see a credit on my card....Who does this on a Sunday afternoon? Obviously Mt Baker cares about its customers, just needed to share and thank them again for excellence in service!
