Yes they do...although I must say that contacting CS by 'phone can be a little challenging. But,overall...once they know there is a problem they DO fix it, and sometimes go beyond even that!
My first Vmod stopped working..for what reason I still don't know. I contacted them and they promptly sent me an email how to return it for a repair/replacement. Thing was...I didn't read the email thoroughly and while I packed it up right, I didn't print up the RMA form much less fill it out. PLUS I knew to remove the "chimney"...but forgot when I put the chassis in the envelope! lol! Talk about DOH! Well after a couple of weeks of not hearing anything back from them I started moaning in one of the Vmod threads. I emailed them, but didn't seem to get any clear reply to MY specific chassis. I moaned louder on the thread...adding my concerns about how I'd goofed and sent the chimney and how worried I was I'd get a chassis back but have no chimney, thus still be unable to use my Vmod.
Next thing you know one of the owners of the company PMs me directly here and offers to make things right. And he DID. More than right...he not only got things worked out with my original chassis, but sent along TWO chimneys...and a couple of most excellent bonus gifts, to boot. He said he wanted me to like his company again.
AND I DO!!! Vmod is my "go to all day"
vape. I may have a Bogger Box now for it's beauty on my coffee table and enjoy an occasional vape from it. But it's Vmod all the way for me the vast majority of the time! I loved it when I first got it and when the first chassis messed up I was devastated. I knew even then that NOTHING else would really be "right" for me. My
vaping style. My needs. I might enjoy and like other things...but I knew I'd finally found my "perfect match" with the Vmod.
I now have 4 XLs (and a couple of J-wraps for them) and 1 of the mini Vmods. I feel okay with the CS at Vapage, and know that one way or the other...they'll always take care of me when I need them!
