I posted a discussion on this in the "switching" health forum if you feel you are vaping too much. In the beginning, don't worry so much but it's not as if it's fine for everyone to vape 24/7--it causes me problems now. I'm mentioning the thread for new people because I think there is a tendency for people to think that a 24/7 vape has no effects. If you plan on sporadic vaping like smoking then go high nic, or really low nic for constant vaping. I know your question is more about the carto eqivalent, but, for other new people, it is easy to vape way more than you expect to and you should probably start to get into your future habits now-- sporadic at high or lots at low.

Ya usually know if vapor too much .. headaches + feels dizzy ...
I never get headaches or feel dizzy, just concerned that I'm always attached to the darned thing at home- not at the office. I used to smoke one and be OK for 40-60 minutes, now I have a hard time leaving it alone. I'm hoping it's a learning curve and I'll learn to moderate.

Just a suggestion - at home I leave my ecigs in another room. To vape I have to get off my .... and go in the other room, away from my computer and the TV etc. That cuts down on vaping a lot. If I leave them next to me I vape a lot more.

But 2 prefilled cartos is not too much. Prefilled cartos are rarely well-filled, especially from rebranders that only offer auto batteries because auto batteries can be damaged or killed much more easier by cartomizer leaks.

And re cost- most of use who use cartomizers are using 510 or KR808D-1, both of which have a variety soft-cap cartomizers you can top off yourself with juice. One cartomizers lasts me a week because I keep it damp with suitable juice. KR808D-1 is the most supported model - a near-twin of what you have but with different threading and sold by vendors who offer blank cartomizers as well as prefilled, and juices too. KR808D-1 is the 2-piece model supported by cartomizer makers so new types of cartos are often offered in KR808D-1 threading. 510 is a 3-piece so it have few prefilled cartos but probably the most different kinds of blank ones.
