Hello everyone,

I just started vaping about 3 months ago and while I was researching about e-cigs, I came across this forum and I was happy that there are so many other people who share the same interest.

I want to become an active member and share the fun and the knowledge as well.

As a first timer, I purchased Halo's ecigarette (Emerald Standard batteries), Gotvapes' CE2 Fluxomizer Deluxe, Backwoods Brews' espresso. All these were an excellent vaping experience.

Anyone using the same products? Or anyone who would like to talk? I am open to engage in a conversation!!!

Thank you Rule for your kind greetings!!!
When I learned about electronic cigarettes for the first time, I obviously did not know what to get but I heard good things about Halo's G6 and I got it when it was on sale. It is KR808 battery and uses cartomizers with sponge that absorbs eliquid.

I got really frustrated by those cartomizers and my journey started to find a cartomizer and found Fluxomizer!!! I really want to like them since I have not done modding(I think that's what it is called) yet. So at this right moment, I am trying to figure out what would be the best way to mod and clean my Fluxomizer before I try anything.

I would be appreciated if I could get any advice. Thank you in advance!!!

Sailorman, G6 a brand of electronic cigarette from Halocigs.com. In my personal opinion, the performance and battery life are not good compared to other products so I would not recommend. But I got them because I heard so many good things about the product at that time. Also, it was cheap (I got them when it was on sale) and looks awesome!!! the best design I've seen so far (yes I am a guy but looks matters to me LOL)

Nice to meet you dlsw!!!
Actually, I have used fluxomizers (specifically CE2 Fluxomizer Deluxe). They do work well and it is really great that it shows how much ejuice is left. However, I heard that there are mods you can do for fluxomizers to make it work better. There are different mods you can do. I am in the process of finding out which is used by many people and work the best for them.

As for fluxomizers, I highly recommend it definitely over those cartomizers that use sponge-like.

Hi aktionze! I have 808's from V4L. They are not identical, but really similar to what you are using. I would like to try the fluxomizers, but haven't gotten any yet. Let us know how they work for you.

I haven't had a good experience with the fluxomizer(two packs blind buy). I've found the Stardust to be mind blowing though.

With the fluxomizer, you gotta go through the tedious rubber ring removal, and thick and dark e-juices don't agree with it for me. The stardust on the other hand, is like the fluxomizer, but it's easier to fill, and works miracles for me.

Hello Oldmansam!!
I have heard good things about Stardust as well. However, does it work with KR808 batteries?

Bah. I can fiddle with fluxos with my eyes closed anymore. Just pull your o rings out, being careful not to snag the wick/coil, flip the small middle o ring So it's dish side down, and gently press it evenly down on the ceramic cup (for this I use a bent paperclip or appropriately sized allen wrench). Yeah, you have to remove it to fill, but with a paperclip or similarly small tool with a 90 bend in it, it's a rather simple issue. To clean, simply pull the o ring, place on battery, gently twist n pull tube off, rinse under hot water/boil (preferably without the batt, lol), and leave out to dry overnight or dry wick with paper towel and burn dry the wicks. Bing! Done deal, brand new ce2. I've had mine last me 6 or 9 months now and nothing I have read reviews on or tried are as fiddle free or leak resistant (visions, ce3, sapphires, cartos, and vortex = unmitigated frustration).

Hello poetofisis!!!
Thank you for your tips, but I have some questions if that's okay???

1. Do you fluff the wicks as well?
2. Do you leave a little space between the ceramic cup and the o-ring? Or just press it down against the ceramic cup?
If you do leave a little space, does it leak at all? (since my G6 batteries won't stand verticially)
3. How does this mod work for you compared to other mods(I am not sure if there are other mods that other people use)?
