weirdest thing... about 3 weeks ago starting do a single or some nights double set's of 50 sit ups a night and my ab's have firmed up quite a bit but with a bizarre side effect... my stomache is growing out... my friend suggested that I am doing my situps with a wrong forum and instead of merely toning the muscle I am also ripping it therefore creating mass... is this possible? and if so how does one do a proper sit up before I get a buddha belly?
