Exhale Vapors? - Genuine Vision products? DOA policy on clearos? Customer service?

Hi all,

I'm a little hesitant about ordering from such a new company, Exhale Vapors. Does anyone know if the Vision eGo Clearomizers are genuine Vision products? They don't have DOA policy on clearos that I think is unusual. No phone number on the site either so I have to wonder about customer service. All-in-all this makes me a bit leary about ordering from them.

Can anyone offer me some answers or insight about this vendor?

I would definitely check the warranty on these items. Check the fine print for this company/vendor. They have an "as is" warranty. Good luck with that.
This is one example of the warranty.
They provide a 14 day refund policy on unopened merchandise or if unit is DOA except for cartomizers, atomizers or juices.

Go to the bottom of their page: click on terms and conditions. Proceed to the warranty disclaimer. Read the fine print.

If you click on the about us at the bottom, you will find a phone number there. I have had a good experience with my purchase of Vamos from them although I do not care for the 14 day policy either.
