Has anyone ordered from exhale vapors

It's all good if it works but my sigelei Zmax I bought from exhale lasted less than a month. Thought they would take care of it, but they said their warranty is 14 days. whatever. never buying from there again. lots of good vendors out there.

DONT ORDER FROM EXHALEVAPORS! Sent me the IGO-F when I ordered the AGA-T. Then told me they wouldn't send AGA-T until they got the IGO-F, even tho I paid extra for 2 day shipping, so I immediately sent back the IGO-F and after I week I told them I just want my money back, and they still have not refunded my money 2 weeks later. Horrible customer service. Furthermore they act like they dont give a s**T.

I'm going through HELL with them too!!!! They owe me a sigelei mod and they're ignoring me!!!! There's no phone number on the site and they won't respond to emails on the ticket system. Thsi has been going on for nearly a month and I'm getting ready to go to better business bureou(sp?) It's true, they act like they don't care at all!

Some people have had success resolving issues on Exhale's Facebook page. If all else fails you can post your issue in Forum: Reviews of Suppliers - Negative. Read all the stickies before posting. This is a forum that allows a dialog between the customer and vendor to come to a resolution rather than it being a place for venting and ranting.

Exhalevapors haven't respond to my ticket or email either. Are they going out of business?

I got my order from Exhale Vapors after I threatened to go to the Better Business Bureau. It took almost a month ( and the threat) and they sent the mod and some juice that I cn't use because the nic is too high.

I just placed my order for a zmax v5 Friday and its still "processing". I doesnt take that long to throw it in a box and ship it does it?

I'm in the same boat.. Placed an order on Friday, still 'processing' and no answer to ticket.

Wish I saw this thread sooner.
