Hello all!

I would introduce my new mod:

My previous nicostick on the photo is for size comparison.

P.S.: It is a great pleasure to read this forum. :)

Very nice.
Would be sweet if the atty connection swiveled to tuck itself in or maybe could slide down to be even with the button when not in use. Not that it is over sized or anything at all. Very nice the way it is but that`s what I thought so I typed it. :)
What is the tube?

This going to be the next step. I've despaired to find an appropriate mount for it, so I should to do it myself. And I'm worse locksmith than electrician, and a worse electrician than software developer. :)

Moreover, I'm planning connect some juice container when I'll find parts.

The tube is this charger.

One more question on the Battery type. Is that a Trustfire 14500 900 mAh 3.7V?
Yes, exactly.
The reason I`m bringing this up is:
I`m hearing they don`t fit. Are they tight going in or anything? Perhaps some thing you did to make it fit they might not have considered?
I've pulled out the amplifier:
v3_aa_charger%20(2).jpg
so there is much more space, than 52mm. I've adjusted the length with the bottom spring and one of the switch electrodes.

BTW, I've bought in the past 2 TrustFire that were 52mm long, but newly arrived batteries are 50mm long, so they will fit every AA enclosure.

I'd like to add a second button and servo motors to this train of thought :)

Put some extra insulation on that exposed wire ! , if it shorts to ground you have a bad battery situation bro !! this is exactly what Li-ion batts do NOT like ! ( smoke/gassing/burning )

Other than that cool !

( I just thought you should be aware if you were not already, just wanna make sure your safe and have FUN not ! )

Hello aff-tar,
Finished my first tube and it`s posted here if you want to see what I ended up with. Was going to go for your style first when I ordered them but then I felt like doing some stuffing things into spaces they almost don`t fit type work. 8-o

But I can for sure say I`m getting many more of those tubes. Great deal on them for sure.
