Yes, wash out the tank. Washing the atomizer is less easy to say... sometimes it can help. sometimes you'll need to dry it ..zzzzzzzzz

On the mini Nautilus, I just rinse the tank and put the unclean base back in/on. The taste comes through quickly, unless you've been vaping something like menthol or bacon flavour!

I got some absinthe flavored juice and thug juice that has menthol in it. I normally just add a new flavor because it comes through really quick. Not so much with those 2, the both made it horrible for the next round. So I soaked my atomizers in really hot water for 15 like the Internet says, I let them dry like the Internet says. Loaded one up and with in a few pulls it started tasting burnt, I figured the atomizer kicked the curb because it was a few days old. So I popped in the new as of yesterday atomizer and I got the same results. I'm going to try a different juice but I'm wondering if I messed them up.

Btw thug juice tastes like nasty cold meds, when it is brand new and absinthe is really really hard on the tastebuds.

Thank you!
I have a lot of flavors coming in the next week; kind of got carried away. It had hadn’t occurred to me until now how to avoid cross flavoring when I switch from one flavor to another.
Yes the atomizer is my primary concern. Is there a solution recommended for soaking? What would be the procedure and drying?

Honestly, don't worry about it. Most clearomizers are fine just to swap liquid, the taste changes fairly quickly.
I went from Apple to Lime earlier and didn't even wash the tank. 30 puffs later the apple has gone.

The other way around might take a bit longer!! :)

Thanks everyone for the info. I'll just was out my tank during rotation like you have suggested.
I've also been toying about the idea of another Rig just for dripping those special juices. If needed wouldn't it be much easier to remove the cotton and start fresh each rotation. Perhaps that wouldn't be necessary either. What do you think?

Vinegar will clean a tank with a quick soak, Vodka does a good job too... a quick hot rinse afterwards as well.

I find that tobacco flavors and some bakery flavors are fine one after another. Sweet fruit and candy vapes also go together well. I have actually discovered really nice mixes that way.

grain alcohol (vodka) works great for cleaning everything i hear (never tried it).
my process with clearos:
3 attys for flavor switching.
When freshly purchased, use really hot water and a drop of dawn on everything but the coil head. shake vigorously and rinse well after. let air dry (hot water takes less time to try as it evaporates more quickly).
Every 2 or 3 tanks give everything a good rinse with hot water, rinse the coil and dry burn it (check youtube on this if you aren't sure what it means - basically pulse the battery power button to heat the coils to higher than normal temperatures to clean the crap off - but careful not to burn the insulator as everything through that head will taste like crap afterword)..
sometimes flavor crossover isn't bad - as long as the flavors mesh..

mmm, bacon

As others have mentioned, a good rinse in hot water. I wash everything including the atomizer coil/wicking material and then set everything aside to air dry over night. I've done this as well with cartomizers. So far I've had no ill effects. If I've used a particularly strong flavoured juice, like a menthol, I will place the equipment in a small glass of vodka for ten mins and then rinse again with water. However, sometimes not even the vodka will completely illuminate the previous juice odor, for that reason its handy to have a few extra tanks around so that you use the same tank and atomizer for a particular category of juice.
